Rare-Earth Recovery · Tailings & Mines · Continuous Process
Get more rare earths out of tailings and conventional mines.
Eärth is a venture startup building a single, continuous, fully encompassed recovery system for rare earths. Our foundation is sonochemistry, and we have found ways to make it dramatically more efficient at commercial scale. Microwave and other intensification methods are sequenced around that core, tuned to each feedstock, to pull more REE out of material that conventional flowsheets leave behind. How the full combination fits together is our edge, so we keep it behind the black box. We are actively looking for companies to partner with to help us further develop our solutions.

Strategic thesis
It starts and ends with the bottom line.
This is capitalism, plain and simple: recover more rare earth at lower cost and turn it into profit. De-risking the supply chain and cutting toxic, radioactive waste are real and valuable, but the case is the economics first.
Better margins
Recover more saleable rare-earth oxide per tonne at lower cost, so more value drops straight to the bottom line.
The economicsMore from less
Monetise tailings and low-grade ore that are already paid for, turning waste streams into revenue.
How it worksDe-risked supply
A reliable non-Chinese source of magnet metals, a strategic edge that also commands durable demand.
Market & policyCleaner footprint
Less toxic and radioactive waste per unit recovered, lowering liability and compliance cost.
The evidenceThe opening
A monopoly that stopped improving is an opportunity.
China refines more than 90% of the world's heavy rare earths, a position built on in-situ leaching, effectively fracking for magnets: drilling hillsides and pumping chemical solution into the ground. With no competitive pressure, the incumbent method never had to get cleaner or more efficient. That stagnation is exactly the gap a scalable, closed-loop route can take, cheaper per kilo and better across the triple bottom line.
The hidden weight of a magnet
What it costs the planet and communities to put ~1 kg of magnet metal into a motor, the incumbent way.
Our thesis balances all three. By recovering more oxide per tonne at a lower cost curve, the economics scale on their own, and a contained, closed loop collapses the environmental and social columns at the same time. A stronger triple bottom line is the by-product of a cheaper, cleaner process, not a premium bolted on top.
Economic · profit
Recycled reagents and intensified kinetics attack operating cost per kilo, and higher recovery means more saleable oxide from the same feed. The goal is a lower cost curve, not a green premium.
Environmental · planet
A contained, closed loop avoids the groundwater contamination, soil acidification and deferred cleanup liability that in-situ leaching externalises onto the public.
Social · people
Diversified, qualified non-Chinese supply is a genuine industrial-security asset, and operations that do not poison local watersheds are the only version with a durable licence.
One system, many methods
A fully encompassed recovery system for rare earths.
If you are searching for ways to recover more rare-earth elements from tailings, low-grade ore, or a conventional mine, you are in the right place. Eärth integrates multiple proven and emerging techniques into one continuous, bulk-processing flow, then tunes the combination to your specific feedstock.
Sonochemistry, the foundation
Cavitation-driven chemistry is a proven advantage for rare-earth leaching and beneficiation. We have engineered ways to make it markedly more efficient at continuous, commercial scale.
Microwave & other intensification
Microwave and additional intensification methods are selected and sequenced around the sonochemical foundation, so each feedstock gets the combination that recovers the most value.
Tailings & conventional mines
The same continuous system targets the steps where rare-earth value is normally lost, pulling more REE out of waste streams and conventional ore alike.
Have tailings or ore you think could yield more?
Exactly how the methods combine is our edge, so the detail stays behind the black box. The fastest way to learn what your material could deliver is to talk to us.
